introduction

Back in 1993, I was among the first to recognize the value of extending the brand to the Internet. Still in its infancy, I recognized the Web as a compelling space that deserved attention. For more than a decade, I have continued to observe and learn how people use the Internet in their daily lives and how it has impacted business as a whole. As I continue to learn about people's experiences on the Internet, I seek to find new and better ways to facilitate that experience. To make it more engaging. More fun. More useful.

My work is driven by the belief that compelling online experiences beget stronger customer relationships. A compelling experience demands a true understanding of the customer, how they make decisions, and how loyalty is earned.
